This video shows how to use caulk to paint crisp lines, something commonly done on Cornhole Boards.

Tape your lines, like your normally would.  Next, you run painter’s caulk along the edge of the tape to fill any gaps that may not have been pressed out of the tape.  Rub any extra caulk away, easily.

This method should help reduce paint bleed significantly.
