Very Basic Boards

These instructions are our most basic instructions for building a set of boards. Why overcomplicate things, right?  These are simple, ugly, and a pain to store, but they’ll get you tossing bags of corn faster than any other set of instructions we offer.

If you’re short on time, skill, or tools, these might be just the right thing for you.

What You Need

  • Plywood – 2 4’x2′ pieces.
  • 2×4’s – 1 8′ stud
  • 3″ Wood Screws

Building Basic Cornhole Boards

  • Cut 2 pieces of plywood to 4’x2′ for the board faces
  • Cut 2 pieces of wood to around 13.5″ x 2′ to use as the back leg of the board
  • Screw the back leg directly to the bottom of the board, creating an upside down ‘V’ shape, with one long edge (the board face), and one short edge (the back leg)

That’s it!
